Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition as received.

2. Return Request Timeline

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Inspection and Approval

Once your return request is received, we will review it and provide further instructions. Approved returns will be scheduled for pickup or drop-off as applicable.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued through the original method of payment. Since we offer cash on delivery, refunds will be processed in cash upon item retrieval and inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or refunded.
